Ari nie g bawak anak2 ke Klinik Haiwan kesayangan kat UPM, dah lama actually tak kesana. dolo2 mmg slalu ke sini, dari sblm dieorg pindah ke tempat baru lg, dulu klinik dieorg nie kat dlm UPM itself tp la nie dieorg pindah kat area near to hospital serdang tu. I stop g UPM nie dulu pn cos ada terjumpa this 1 new vet bukak klinik kat BBB (takyah la aku kasi tau katne or ape name die, i still very much ada sense of humanity lg). At first mmg SGT okay, vet die mmg peramah, the charge is reasonable (aku siap rekemen kat kawan2 lg ko, siap bt PR on their behalf lg). Tapi biase la kalo melayu buat bisness nie, mula2 jek ok lama2 K.O. Start dh ramai ke sana tetibe kena consultation charge plak rm30 per-visit. Konon2 as part as their new policy lah. Dh la kena charge for consultation ubat yg di beri pn tak berpadanan gan rege. 

Last i g adalah bila my kitten stop eating for days n i when went there the vet can't even diagnose what goin on with the cat (siap ckp kat aku lg 'sy pn tk tau la knape, tak makan tp die aktif n bla bla bla) she gave my kitten a jab that fuction as an appetite stimulant sort of like after the jab the side effect will make the cat eat out of conscious. Then the bill amik ko rm50 wit no other take home medicine. Consultation rm30 the jab rm20, my argument is that u can't even diagnose what is going on wit the kitten do u think u deserve that consultation fee?? to make matter worse for me, i bring the very same kitten twice that month tau. Tak kn ko takde budi bicara kot, that was the last time ler aku g situ (despite b4 this ada lg bnd yg aku tak puas ati tp aku tutup mata jek), mmg dasar tak leh lebey kurang sggh despite aku mmg regular customer kau kot!!! then pas event tu aku dgr dr mmbr2 yg slalu g situ dieorg mmg tekan rege giler2 so ramai yg dh stop going there.

I have nothing against org melayu yg bt bisnes tau, tp tolong jgn buat bisnes tu dgn impian money is everything. Tgk mcm org cina buat bisnes biar untung skit tp customers always come by n patronize ur shop. Duit blh d cari tp regular customer ko nk korek maner??? oh in case kalo baca n tetibe trasa or sentap sila lah cr button x kat atas nie n click yea, i'm just expressing my right n dissatisfaction as a consumer~~ ^_^
